Available Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Implement and manage food safety programs. Execute internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards as well as to prepare for local, state and 3rd party audits (GFSI) and certifications. Conduct annual management review that includes traceability exercises. Manage all food safety records to ensure that they are available at all times. Prepare quality documentation and reports. Sensory evaluation of ingredients and finished products. Maintain QA and sanitation supplies. Train QA technicians for process inspection, sampling and equipment usage. Obtain/review environmental samples for chemical/microbial analyses by 3rd party lab. Train employees on-site in food preparation and handling. Remain updated on company policies and implement safety regulations as required.
Must possess bachelors in Food Technology or Food Science
Possess 2 years of relevant experience
Oversee: 3 subordinate employees
